Weekly Home Delivery Service

You must register with our website to place orders through our online store. To verify if Home Delivery Service is available in your area, Click Here

Deliveries

You will be informed of your delivery day when you sign up for service. Deliveries will generally be between 6.00am and 6:00pm. Simply leave your cooler box on the porch and the driver will drop off the items in the delivery box. You do not need to be home to accept the deliveries. Please note that if the delivery box is not there our driver cannot make the deliveries and the driver will generally leave a note. 

If delivery access is restricted, you need to make arrangements for us to be able to deliver your order to your door. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from late delivery or non-delivery and late delivery does not entitle you to cancel your order.  

Why a Delivery Box?

It is to protect the quality of the products we deliver and to keep it fresh and also protect it from animals. Plus you don't have to be home to accept the deliveries. You can leave it at the porch and our driver will place the items in the cooler box on your delivery day. Leaving the fermented foods outside for too long may affect the flavor. Because we care about the quality of the products you receive, your driver cannot leave a delivery if this box is not available for him to use. Without limitation, we are not liable for any loss or damage as a result of you failing to leave the cooler box . 

Availability

All goods are offered for sale subject to available stock. If an item is out of stock, we may contact you to offer a substitute. If you do not accept a substitute item you will not be charged for the item that is out of stock, and if we charged your card, we will issue a credit to your account in the amount charged. If you order goods and some are not in stock, you agree that we may fill that part of your order for which stock is available.   

Option to choose between Recurring Orders or One time Purchase.

You are signing up for delivery of food items from our website on a recurring basis or just one time purchase.  After you confirm your first order, you will receive deliveries as per your selected schedule.

If you opted for a recurring order, then your deliveries continue until you notify us to stop. The deliveries will automatically be made as per your chosen schedule. You are also free to customize or change order as you like. You can also reschedule & skip deliveries at your convenience. 

Payment

Payment is due the same day you receive the order. You can do autopay using our system. The amount as per billing information will be debited from your credit/debit card or checking account on the day of each delivery . We try to fulfill 100% of each order, but from time to time products may be unavailable and we reserve the right to limit quantities. You will only be charged for the items shipped.

Do we Have access to your Billing or Credit Card Information? 

No. All your payment processing is handled directly by Authorize.net, the leading credit card processing company and we do not store or have access to your billing information.

Customer Advisory 

  • Consuming uncooked or ready to cook items eg. Dosa batters (all types) may increase your risk of food borne illnesses. 
  • Our Commercial kitchen processes wheat, eggs, peanuts, treenuts, milk, meat and seafood. Our products may contain one or more allergens of the following ingredients: Wheat, eggs, peanuts, treenuts, milk, meat and seafood.
  • Please inform in writing by email if anybody in your household has a food allergy or some other special dietary need. We will do our best to accomodate the need. 
  • Please indicate mild, medium, spicy or very spicy  heat level required.
